Welcome to The Gothic Book Club! I’m Colin McCracken, an Irish writer, creative and book enthusiast. In September 2023, I decided it would be fun to start an online book club, in which to explore some Gothic titles which I felt could use a little love. It’s also a way in which to make a very solitary activity a little more social, bringing together like-minded people in a safe and open space for conversation and analysis.
As part of the Book Club, I shall use the Substack to explore some of the themes in a longer format, as well as providing updates on future titles and further resources to explore.
